The Consilium® Path

A process whereby we help clients navigate their path through and beyond divorce.

Our Services

While a traditional lawyer will handle the legal aspects of your divorce, as a divorce consultant, my new paradigm includes goal planning before, during and after divorce, a pre-divorce financial review, and emotional support.   Working with a professional who understands the complexity of divorce will allow you to be emotionally supported during the process, while planning for the years following your divorce, and developing a strategy to achieve them.  Our work together will help you maintain stability for your family during this trying time in your life.

Profile

After practicing family law for over 25 years, founder Heidi Webb concluded that the traditional legal process for divorce did not adequately meet clients’ needs. She therefore developed The Consilium® Process and founded Consilium® Divorce Consultations, which encompasses not only legal advice, but also life planning strategies, as well as emotional, financial and logistical suppport during this critical life transition. Since that time, Divorce Consultations has helped hundreds of clients effectively navigate their paths, through divorce and into their next life stage.

The Consilium® Process

The Consilium® Process is a unique, proprietary six-step process developed by Heidi R. Webb and deployed solely by Consilium Divorce Consultations, which holistically addresses the key legal, emotional, and logistical issues people confront when facing a possible divorce, with the goal of charting the optimal path to achieving each client’s distinctive long-term life goals for themselves and their family.
