Personally and from clients, friends, and colleagues, I feel and see and hear how the divisiveness of our current political climate is eroding and impacting relationships. Therefore, now more than ever, it is incumbent upon us to embrace the power of civility and understanding. Just Resolutions, a publication of The American Bar Association, attempts to do just that in its most recent e-newsletter in which I wrote about The Consilium Process as a new paradigm of divorce.
