Fee Structure
In order to best meet our clients’ needs, we offer three different fee structures.
- Comprehensive Fee- Our Comprehensive Fee for services is a one-time fixed payment that delineates specific work we will do for a client related to a current need as well as future support throughout the course of your case (e.g.- preparing a legal, financial, psycho-social analysis of a case for deployment to lawyers chosen by Consilium for our client to interview, and providing for additional ongoing Consilium attorney consultations throughout the course of your divorce).
- Flat Fee– Our Flat Fee for services is a one-time fixed payment that delineates specific work we will do for a client related to a current need (e.g.- preparing a legal, financial, psycho-social analysis of a case).
- Retainer and Hourly billing- We use hourly billing when it is difficult to anticipate the amount of attorney time a client will need to effectuate a desired result (e.g.-mediating a pre-marital, post-marital, divorce agreement, or After Marriage Covenant).
